Deskripsi pekerjaan Property Acquisition Staff Kozystay
Kozystay is a fast-growing middle to high-end property management start-up focusing on short term rental. Kozy is looking for motivated individuals with high potential to join the team. We offer fast career progression potential with good company culture. We are currently looking for a Property Acquisition Staff who will help us with our day-to-day operations. He/she will be responsible for increasing and maintaining sales/occupancy of the company and involves interacting with guests and property owners.
Responsibilities:
1. Find property owners to partner with Kozy
2. Build a team and processes to execute the sales strategy
3. Prepare partnership proposal for agents or property owners
4. Relationship management with property agents and landlords (Introducing Kozy, explaining the revenue model, etc)
5. Prepare partnership agreement with owners
6. Other matters in relation to sales or business development
7. Creating and maintaining reports of analysis, deal preparation before and after acquisitions
Skills and Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years experience in property sales / property agency background with good track records
2. Wide network of property owners and/or property agents
3. Strong leadership skills with capability to build a team Ability to work independently and in teams
4. Driven and passionate about Property lease and goal-oriented
5. Flexible working hours, willing to work during weekend
6. Good in verbal and written communication skills
7. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Kalau di kontrak PKWT karyawan diperbolehkan mengundurkan diri apakah akan tetap dapat penalty jika resign sebelum kontrak habis?
