Job Description:
- Identify and acquire potential villas and properties for company management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with villa/property owners.
- Present company management services, marketing strategies, and partnership proposals to property owners.
- Conduct property site visits and evaluate business potential.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms with property owners.
- Conduct market research on hospitality and villa industry trends in Bali.
- Maintain long-term relationships with property owners and partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Property Acquisition, Real Estate, Sales, Villa Management, or Hospitality Industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Good networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Willing to travel and conduct field visits.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Villa Management, OTA platforms, and Hospitality Industry.
- Existing network with villa owners, property agents, developers, or investors is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Bali’s villa market.
