Promotor Lapangan‌ (Field Promoter)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing jewelry store channels in Jakarta and surrounding cities, and screening high-quality store resources that match the company's product profile;

• Complete SDR lead delivery: accurately locate target jewelry stores, verify and retain valid contact information for store managers/owners, and complete lead registration;

• Follow up on effective lead conversion (SQL), assist domestic Account Executives in business negotiations, sample matching, price negotiation, cooperation signing, and payment follow-up;

• Maintain customer relationships with partner stores, replenish stock and encourage repeat purchases, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets;

• Regularly synchronize market dynamics, store needs, competitor information, and provide feedback on local jewelry trends and Muslim consumer preferences.

Job Requirements:

• Age 25-38, Indonesian native, fluent in business English, basic English skills preferred, Chinese proficiency a plus;

• 1-5 years of experience in local B2B foreign trade sales channels, experience in the jewelry, accessories, or luxury goods industry preferred;

• Familiar with the business environment of Jakarta's jewelry district and train station, able to conduct station inspections, business negotiations, and customer relationship maintenance;

• Strong execution ability, high stress tolerance, able to independently plan on-site routes, and independently complete customer development and conversion;

• Respect for local Islamic culture, familiar with local business etiquette, no criminal record, and strong stability;

• Priority will be given to candidates with resources in the Jakarta jewelry market; salary negotiable.
