WE’RE HIRING – PROMOTION STAFF
📍 Essential Health & Rejuvenation Spa – Seminyak
As part of our 2026 expansion, we are looking for confident and motivated english speaking Promotion Staff to join our team.
We are looking for outgoing individuals who can engage guests, promote our services, and convert interest into bookings.
Key Requirements:
Female candidates preferred
Minimum 1–3 years experience in sales or promotion roles
Experience in cosmetic, beauty, spa, or wellness products/services preferred
Strong communication and selling skills (English required)
Confident, well-presented, and energetic personality
Comfortable approaching and engaging customers
Target-driven and results-focused

Able to work in high-traffic, fast-paced environments
Strong ability to build quick rapport with guests
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

What You Will Do:
Promote spa treatments and sports recovery services
Engage with walk-in guests and hotel/villa clients
Explain services clearly and confidently
Convert enquiries into bookings
Represent the Essential brand professionally at all times
