We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Tender Staff to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the tender process, from preparing and reviewing bid documents to coordinating with relevant stakeholders and ensuring timely submission in accordance with project requirements and company standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare, compile, and review tender documents in accordance with client requirements and company procedures.
- Analyze engineering drawings, technical specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and contract documents to support bid preparation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders throughout the tender process.
- Assist in cost estimation, bid preparation, tender evaluation, and contract administration.
- Ensure all tender documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within the required deadlines.
- Identify potential risks, technical discrepancies, and tender requirements, and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to tender activities and project administration.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, project owners, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to support future business opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or contract administration.
- Strong understanding of tender procedures, bid documentation, and evaluation processes.
- Ability to review engineering drawings, technical specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and contract documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Familiar with LPSE and other e-Procurement systems.
- Capable of coordinating effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, MEP, or industrial projects is preferred.
- Having an established professional network with project owners, clients, consultants, suppliers, or subcontractors is an advantage.
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with various stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken, will be considered an advantage.
