Job Description
INFIEN Energy is a growing renewable energy company focused on delivering solar energy solutions to residential and small-scale commercial clients across Indonesia. We are looking for a highly motivated Project Support Officer (PSO) to support our operations team and ensure the seamless execution of solar installation projects while maintaining operational excellence during and between project cycles.
The Project Support Officer plays a vital role in coordinating project execution, managing documentation, overseeing logistics, and supporting after-sales service. The PSO also contributes to system improvements and helps prepare the organization for upcoming projects during non-active periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities with installers, engineers, and support teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Prepare, manage, and archive all project documentation including contracts (SPK), site survey forms, project briefs, and work orders.
- Liaise with external stakeholders and prepare supporting documents for regulatory compliance, including SLO and other permits.
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and material delivery from warehouses or suppliers to project sites.
- Maintain daily project logs, track project progress, and update inventory records for accuracy and transparency.
- Schedule and coordinate pre-installation site surveys in collaboration with the sales team, PV engineers, and installation partners.
- Manage after-sales support by tracking client issues and coordinating troubleshooting and maintenance with third-party service partners.
- Assist in identifying, evaluating, and managing relationships with material suppliers, subcontractors, and service vendors in collaboration with the CTO.
- Support the refinement of internal SOPs and workflows based on project evaluations and field feedback
Requirements
- Minimum D3 or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related fields
- Familiarity with PLN interconnection processes and local permitting is a plus
- Prior experience in (technical) project operations in Solar PV or electrical installation is a plus
