1. Provide administrative support for projects from initiation to completion
2. Prepare, issue and maintain Purchase Order in accordance with project requirements
3. Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, invoices and other supporting documents
4. Assist in the preparation, updating and monitoring BOQ and ensure accuracy of project related data
5. Coordinate with project team, vendors, finance department regarding purchasing and project administration matters
