About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to join Mandala Terra Capital on a full-time basis, based in Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat. In this pivotal supervisory position within the construction industry, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage project timelines, and ensure that all work meets our quality and safety standards. This role is strategically important to our organisation as it directly impacts project delivery, team performance, and our reputation as a reliable construction partner in the region.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with project plans and specifications
- Monitor project progress and timelines, identifying and resolving delays or issues promptly
- Manage and supervise construction teams, including labourers, tradespeople and sub-contractors
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations on all project sites
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality of workmanship and materials
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress reports and incident documentation
- Communicate effectively with project managers
- Coordinate delivery and storage of materials and equipment
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years experience as a construction supervisor or in a similar supervisory construction role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and building code
- Proven experience in managing construction teams and sub-contractors effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans and specifications
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to site management
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is highly desirable
