Deskripsi pekerjaan Project Supervisor PT CELLO DESIGN GLOBAL
Responsibility:
• Deliver project management process from planning, budgeting, executing, monitoring quality and safety standards
• Coordinating with interior and construction team to meet design requirements and specifications
• Visit project sites to ensure standards and schedules are met
• Work closely with appointed suppliers and contractors for ensuring that all goods and works comply with the standards and specifications.
• Ensure project documentation and reports are properly done
• Handling complaints, negotiating with others and resolving conflicts
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Interior Design/Architect/Civil
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Interior Design & Construction Projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Construction drawings, 3D modelling software and Microsoft Office
• Understand building structure
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Organized, detailed, and systematic in all aspects of the job.
• Able to work with minimum supervision, reliable and responsible
• Able to work under pressure, multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Strong focus on quality and logical decision-making ability
• Willing to travel extensively across the project sites and own vehicle
• Willing to work during weekend and additional hours required to meet deadlines
