We are looking for Project Supervisor!
About the Role
As a Project Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities on site, ensuring that work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards. You'll act as the key link between the field team and the Project Manager, making sure every project runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily on-site work and progress
- Manage and coordinate labor / the operational team
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and applicable standards
- Report progress regularly to the Project Manager
- Identify and resolve technical issues on site
- Maintain work quality and enforce health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards
Qualifications
- Minimum D3/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience supervising construction or renovation projects in the field
- Proven experience supervising construction or renovation projects in the field
- Able to read and understand architectural and structural drawings
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Good problem-solving ability and calm under pressure when handling on-site issues
- Understanding of basic HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) principles
- Able to work on-site full time and be responsive to project needs
