Project Supervisor
Nelson Architects is looking for a dedicated Project Supervisor to ensure every project is executed with precision, quality, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, architectural detailing, and finishing quality.
- Able to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
- Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel and be based on project sites.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and the internal project team.
- Monitor project progress, workmanship, and site safety.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Identify construction issues and provide timely solutions.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards.
