JOB VACANCY (URGENT)
PROJECT SUPERVISOR (SPV) – INTERIOR FIT-OUT
Work Location: Jabodetabek (mobile / multiple project sites)
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for an Interior Fit-Out Project Supervisor (SPV) who is ready to be on-site and ensure the project is executed neatly, on time, in accordance with the working drawings, and to the required quality standards—for residential and commercial projects across the Jabodetabek area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Site Supervision (Daily Control)
Supervise daily work activities of craftsmen/foremen/subcontractors in accordance with the approved work method.
Ensure work is executed according to working drawings, material specifications, and finishing standards.
Control workforce discipline, material usage, and tools/equipment at the site.
Progress, Timeline & Coordination
Prepare and implement weekly and daily work schedules (work plans).
Ensure progress targets are met and resolve site issues quickly.
Coordinate closely with the design/PM team, owner/client (if required), vendors, and subcontractors.
Quality Control (QC) & Handover
Conduct periodic QC checks (dimensions, levels/flatness, finishing details, functionality).
Prepare a defect/punch list and ensure all rectification is completed before handover.
Prepare handover documentation (BAST) and ensure final deliverables align with the agreed scope.
Project Administration & Reporting
Produce clear and structured daily/weekly reports covering:
progress (%), before/after photos, issues/constraints, solutions, and next work plan.
Update material requirements, deliveries, and records of additional/reduced works (VO).
Material Control & Site Cost Control
Calculate basic material needs and monitor usage to ensure efficiency.
Control rework to prevent schedule delays and cost overruns.
Ensure the work area is tidy, safe, and well maintained.
HSE (K3) & Site Discipline
Maintain basic on-site work safety standards.
Maintain site cleanliness and orderly storage of materials/tools.
QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED)
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Supervisor / Site Supervisor in interior fit-out projects.
Experienced in handling both residential (houses/apartments) and commercial (office/retail/F&B) projects.
Understands fit-out workflows: basic MEP coordination, ceiling, partitions, flooring, joinery, painting, and finishing details.
Able to read and execute working drawings (basic/shop drawings) and design instructions.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets + Word / Google Docs (for reporting & checklists).
Able to produce neat, systematic, and clear reports (progress, issues, solutions, next plan).
Strong communication, firm leadership, problem-solver, and willing to work on-site (mobile).
ADDED VALUE (PREFERRED)
Able to use AutoCAD (basic) / familiar with coordinating shop drawings.
Experience with high-rise/apartment fit-out projects (coordination with building management).
Has a network of craftsmen/subcontractors/vendors (a plus).
Holds a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and comfortable with frequent site mobility.
