Therefore, we invite qualified and experienced professionals to join us as a Project Supervisor.
We are currently expanding our business by developing a dedicated Horse Stable Facility.
To support this development, we are seeking an experienced construction professional to join our project as:
PROJECT SUPERVISOR (Professional Service Agreement – Project Based)
Project Assignment Overview
The Project Supervisor will provide professional construction supervision services to ensure that the Horse Stable development project is executed in accordance with the approved design, technical specifications, quality standards, project timeline, and budget requirements.
Scope of Services
The appointed professional will be responsible for:
• Supervising the overall construction activities of the Horse Stable project.
• Monitoring contractor and subcontractor performance through regular site inspections.
• Ensuring all construction works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, construction standards, and quality requirements.
• Reviewing construction progress and identifying potential issues that may impact project completion.
• Providing technical recommendations and practical solutions to resolve site-related challenges.
• Coordinating effectively with the Owner, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Preparing regular project progress reports and construction monitoring documentation.
• Monitoring workmanship quality, material usage, and construction methods.
• Reviewing completed works and assisting in the preparation of project handover documentation.
• Identifying outstanding works (Punch List) and providing recommendations for completion prior to final handover.
• Supporting the Owner in achieving project completion within the required quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Male, 30–45 years old.
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Construction Supervisor, or Construction Inspector.
• Proven experience managing supervision of at least two (2) building construction projects from initial construction stage through final handover.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Good understanding of construction quality control, project scheduling, and cost monitoring.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide professional recommendations to the Owner.
• Possession of a General Occupational Health and Safety (K3) Certification will be considered an advantage.
• Experience with horse stable, equestrian facilities, livestock facilities, or specialized building projects will be an advantage.
• Candidates residing in Bogor and surrounding areas are preferred.
• Available to start the assignment immediately.
Engagement Details
Position: Project Supervisor – Horse Stable Construction Project
Engagement Type: Professional Service Agreement (Project Based)
Project Location: Pasir Angin, Bogor Regency, West Java, Indonesia
Assignment Duration: Approximately 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements.
Professional Fee: Competitive and negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
