E-Commerce Management:
- Handle Customer Enquiry on E-Commerce Platform (Tokopedia/Tiktok/Shopee)
- Ads Management: Analyze, manage and evaluate the Advertising Budget & Performance
- Product Listing Management: Routinely analyze product listing and compare them to similar market product listing (ensure MEO is implemented)
- Compile & Update E-commerce Performance Tracker
Operational Management:
- Inventory: Conduct regular Stock Take & ensure Safety Stock is routinely updated.
- Pricing Management: Conduct regular ABC Pricing calculation
- Procurement: Procure necessary raw material & consumable required for production & product development.
- Production: Weekly production result management & cost control
- Implement effective systems for inventory management, logistics, and customer service.
- Finance: Update Financial Statement & Journal Entry
Reporting:
- Monthly Financial Reporting
- Monthly Sales Reporting
- Monthly Inventory Reporting
Content & Marketing Support:
- Assist in the video-taking & script writing of content creation
- Research affiliate marketer and contact them for further collaboration.
- Product Development Research
Social Collaboration:
- Coordinate & communicate the necessary logistic and operations with other social organization
- Routinely manage social contribution on a monthly basis according to the agreed MoU with other social organization
- Research on new methods/system in doing collaboration with other Social Organization
- Assist in the development of Social Collaboration Proposal
