Job Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Preferably experienced in Project Sales, B2B Sales, or HVAC industry
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (depending on company requirements)
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Able to build and maintain good relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and developers
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Having a driving license (SIM A/C) is an advantage
- Willing to work in Tangerang area and conduct field visits
Job Description
- Handle and develop project sales opportunities in assigned areas
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners
- Conduct product presentations and explain Daikin HVAC solutions to clients
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding project requirements and delivery schedules
- Monitor project progress and ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets and company objectives
- Conduct market analysis and identify potential new projects
- Prepare regular sales activity and project reports to management
