Project Sales Support

Job Description

1. Support the Sales team in managing project administration from inquiry to project completion.
2. Handle and if needed, escalate customer requests and complaints, and where required and customer initiatives.
3. Review project drawings, specifications, and Bill of Quantity (BOQ) to ensure product suitability.
4. Prepare technical and commercial quotations based on customer requirements.
5. Coordinate with Engineering, Estimator, Production, PPIC, Procurement, and Installation teams regarding project requirements and delivery schedules.
6. Prepare and monitor project documents such as quotations, submittals, shop drawings, material schedules, and project reports.
7. Support Sales during technical meetings, project handovers, and customer coordination.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and project owners.

Qualification

1. Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management, or other relevant fields.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Preferably non-Hijab & Muslim (for Lebaran backup).
4. Strong communication and presentation skills
5. Familiar with Structural or other technical drawing.
6. Experience in the building materials or construction industry.
7. Willing to be placed in North Bekasi, Jakarta, Cikarang and to participate in the recruitment process offline.
