Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support a telecom project on a 3–6 month contract basis. The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for both IT and Non-IT positions while working closely with the client and internal teams.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Screen and assess candidates for IT and Non-IT roles.
Coordinate interviews and provide regular hiring updates.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Work onsite with the client team to support hiring needs.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
Experience hiring for both IT and Non-IT positions.
Immediate or short-notice availability.
Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
