Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings and use AutoCAD.
- Experienced in quantity take-off, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Budget Plan (RAB), and project cost estimation.
- Understand project cost control, budget monitoring, and cost analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for cost calculations, project reports, and data analysis.
- Have good communication and coordination skills with vendors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, well-organized, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Project Engineer, Cost Estimator, or in a related project position.
- Experience in field supervision or project execution.
- Familiarity with vendor quotation evaluation, tender processes, cost negotiation, progress measurement, and variation orders.
- Experience in construction, MEP, telecommunications, networking, or data center projects is an advantage.
- Knowledge of project documentation, contract administration, and progress billing is a plus.
