Job Description:
- Assist the CEO's Personal Assistant in managing daily operational and project-related activities.
- Coordinate project timelines, meetings, and follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Handle administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, data management, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and project updates when required.
- Support cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by the CEO's Personal Assistant.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Project Officer, Project Coordinator, Administrative, or similar role.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Fast response and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Experience working in a creative agency is a strong advantage.
- Willing to work full WFO and support projects as needed.
