Job Detail
- The Project Officer is responsible for managing and monitoring TikTok Live campaigns focused on lead generation.
- This role involves tracking live performance, analyzing campaign results, preparing reports and insights using Lark, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders, and providing recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring project objectives are achieved.
Skill Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Project Management, Digital Marketing, Social Media Operations, or Account Management.
- Experience managing and monitoring TikTok Live campaigns, preferably focused on lead generation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficient in Lark, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience handling automotive industry projects is a strong advantage.
- Available for immediate joining is preferred.
Educational Level
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
