Job Description:
- Assist in managing day-to-day project execution across multiple clients and ensure all deliverables run on timeline.
- Support the creation and maintenance of client trackers, project timelines, and internal documentation (MoM, reports, evaluation decks).
- Help monitor editorial plans and ensure all content aligns with approved strategy and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, social media, production) to ensure smooth workflow and clear communication.
- Assist in scheduling and preparing for client meetings, including strategy and evaluation sessions.
- Support client communication by following up on approvals, feedback, and revisions.
- Take detailed meeting notes and highlight key action points for the team.
- Help oversee content production flow (from planning, shooting, to posting readiness).
- Assist in drafting and publishing content when needed.
Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.
- Proactive, responsive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram & TikTok).
- Previous internship or experience in homeless media is a plus.
- Willing to work full Work From Office (WFO).
