Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Set timelines, build work schedules, and define project scopes.

• Resource & Budget Control: Manage bills of quantities (BOQ), bills of materials (BOM), and financial allocations.

• Site & Vendor Management: Oversee site delivery, contractors, and technical teams during installation.

• Quality & Safety (K3): Ensure all installation work follows strict safety rules, engineering standards, and local regulations.

• Commissioning: Lead system testing and handover processes to clients or utility companies

Core Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Energy, or Civil Engineering.

• Experience: 3 to 5+ years working in solar PV or renewable energy construction.

• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or local technical competencies are a plus.

• Skills: Budgeting, risk management, technical analysis, and K3 safety compliance.
