Summary:
This Project Manager position is open to those who has the willingness to take charge in developing and evolving a concept from its early stages of planning to production and execution. Working closely with the management team, the candidate will have target goals and is expected to continuously report from site. Risks mitigation, target achievement, inter-department coordination, data analysis, and schedule management are some important areas that would be the highlight of this role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience (factory and/or large-scale industrial setting preferred).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Additional PM qualifications and training is a bonus.
- Willingness to travel.
Skills:
- Hard working, responsible and diligent.
- Meticulous and detail oriented.
- Eager to explore and learn new concepts.
- Able to work equally well as a group leader and individually.
- Problem solving skill is a must.
