Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from preparation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards. Key responsibilities include developing project plans and timelines, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and managing project documentation and reporting.
You will also serve as the key point of coordination between clients, facilitators/consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Additionally, you will proactively identify potential risks, resolve operational issues, and ensure each project delivers a positive experience and expected impact for the client.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Psychology, or other relevant fields
- 2–4 years of experience in project management, preferably in consulting, training, learning & development, or professional services
- Strong project planning, coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management and productivity tools
