Job Description:
• Lead and manage projects from planning to completion.
• Develop project timeline, targets, budget, and project plans.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Sales, and related teams.
• Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Ensure project specifications meet customer requirements.
• Manage communication with customers and project stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure projects are completed according to timeline, budget, quality, and company standards.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager / Project Leader.
• Experience handling projects in Fire & Safety, Oil & Gas, Power Plant, Mining, Plantation, Manufacturing, or Heavy Industry.
• Experience in fire truck, firefighting equipment, fire protection, specialized vehicle, or karoseri is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management, engineering, production, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work with targets and deadlines.
• Good command of English.
