Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information System, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process modelling and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Core Banking Systems (good-to-have).
