We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT consulting projects across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in managing cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for IT consulting engagements, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of projects.
- Monitor and report on project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct regular project reviews and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to the development of project management methodologies within the organization.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product managers.
- Ensure projects follow best practices, standards, and project management frameworks.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and business stakeholders.
- Support ideation, planning, execution, testing, and deployment phases of IT projects.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and frameworks: PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge), PRINCE2, Agile / SCRUM / Waterfall
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Active English proficiency (both written and spoken).
- Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to take initiative and contribute ideas to enhance overall user experience.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with: Enterprise IT solutions, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), ERP systems (nice to have), Must have own laptop to support effective workload.

- Available to work during office hours.
