Job Description
Own and manage end-to-end project delivery for campaigns, events, and influencer activations
Translate project goals into clear timelines, milestones, and daily action plans
Actively drive execution and enforce deadlines across internal teams and external partners
Conduct daily follow-ups, progress tracking, and issue resolution to ensure projects stay on schedule
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Event, KOL, Creative, Procurement, Operations) to ensure alignment and timely delivery
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early, and take immediate corrective actions
Lead project meetings, set clear priorities, and escalate issues when timelines or quality are at risk
Ensure project deliverables meet agreed scope, quality standards, and timelines
Prepare regular project status updates and post-project evaluations
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in agency, event, marketing, or creative environments
Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
Excellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
Confident in pushing timelines, enforcing accountability, and driving execution
Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners
Comfortable working with changing scopes, tight deadlines, and high-pressure environments
Detail-oriented with the ability to balance speed and accuracy
Familiarity with digital campaigns, influencer marketing, or event execution is a strong plus
