Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, 1 year of experience in project coordination or project management is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of project management processes, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Notion, or Jira is a plus.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate project activities and ensure tasks are completed according to the established timeline.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, and related documents.
• Monitor project progress and follow up with relevant stakeholders regarding project deliverables.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to support project implementation.
• Compile, analyze, and prepare project reports to support project evaluation and decision-making.
• Identify and manage project risks, resolve project issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
