Position Title
Project Manager – Boloni Interiors (Jakarta)
Reporting To
Country Head / Operations Manager
Role Purpose
To manage and deliver Boloni interior projects (kitchens, wardrobes, and interior systems) from design coordination through installation and handover.
This role ensures seamless execution, quality control, and client satisfaction, while coordinating closely with the sales, design, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
A. Project Execution & Coordination (Core)
• Manage full project lifecycle:
Sales Handover → Design Finalisation → Production → Installation → Handover
• Coordinate with:
o Sales / Business Development team
o Designers
o Suppliers and manufacturers
o Site contractors and installers
• Review drawings, specifications, and measurements before project commencement
• Develop project timelines, installation schedules, and resource planning
• Ensure all materials and components are ordered, tracked, and delivered on time
B. Site Management & Installation
• Oversee site progress for:
o Kitchen installations
o Wardrobes
o Interior systems
• Conduct site inspections to ensure:
o Work accuracy
o Quality standards
o Design compliance
• Manage installers, subcontractors, and site workers
• Resolve site issues, technical challenges, and coordination gaps promptly
• Ensure proper site readiness before installation (civil works, electrical points, etc.)
C. Quality Control & Handover
• Ensure all works meet Boloni brand standards and specifications
• Conduct quality checks before, during, and after installation
• Manage defect rectification and punch list completion
• Lead final inspection and client handover process
• Ensure smooth after-sales transition (if required)
D. Client & Stakeholder Coordination
• Act as key coordination point post-sales (execution stage)
• Provide project updates to:
o Clients
o Internal teams
• Manage expectations on timelines, deliverables, and variations
• Handle client feedback and resolve issues professionally
E. Cost Control & Documentation
• Monitor project costs to ensure alignment with budget
• Track variations, additional works, and change orders
• Maintain proper documentation:
o Drawings
o Site reports
o Installation progress
o Handover records
• Update CRM / project tracking systems accurately
F. Compliance & Process Management
• Ensure compliance with:
o Safety regulations
o Local authority requirements
o Company SOPs
• Support permits or approvals where necessary
• Maintain proper site safety practices and reporting
KPIs
• On-time project completion
• Installation quality and defect rate
• Client satisfaction and handover success
• Cost control and margin protection
• Number of projects successfully delivered
• Post-installation issue resolution efficiency
Required Profile
Experience
• 3–8 years in:
o Interior project management
o Kitchen / wardrobe / built-in systems
o Renovation or fit-out projects
• Experience in high-end or luxury interiors preferred
Skills & Attributes

Languages
• Bahasa Indonesia (required)
