Job Description
- Develop project planning including timeline, manpower, tools, and budget allocation
- Manage and ensure project execution meets timeline, cost, and quality targets
- Monitor project progress and ensure optimal performance throughout all phases
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare regular reports, conduct evaluations, and provide solutions to project issues
- Support tender documentation and overall project administration
- Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and client requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager (preferably handling multi-site projects)
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and highly responsible
- Willing to work on-site / field projects
