Technical Competencies & Business Understanding
- Financial Domain Knowledge: Understands banking regulations in Indonesia (such as regulations from Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK)).
- Digital Product Management: Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies, adept at drafting Product Requirements Documents (PRD), managing the product backlog, and prioritizing features using frameworks such as MoSCoW or RICE.
- UI/UX & Basic Technical: Understands basic system architecture, API integration, and User Experience (UX) principles to ensure banking products are both secure and convenient for customers.
Managerial & Interpersonal Skills
- Stakeholder Management: Able to bridge communication between technical teams (Developers/QA) and non-technical teams, such as Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Marketing.
- Communication: Fluent in verbal and written communication, in both Indonesian and English (especially when the bank partners with international vendors or institutions).
