Job Description
Skyworx Indonesia is looking for a passionate and organized Project Manager to lead our project execution, ensure successful delivery, and strengthen collaboration across departments. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse client projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Facilitate communication between clients, developers, and internal departments
- Ensure project documentation and reports are up to date and accurate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5years of experience in project management within IT or technology-driven companies
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
