About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the execution of our new promotional events and oversee brand consistency across all marketing channels. This role is the operational bridge between our creative concepts and on-the-ground execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that every touchpoint—from physical event setups to digital marketing assets—accurately reflects the CIGWA brand and delivers value to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Event & Promotion Management:
End-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of new promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
Manage timelines, vendor relationships, and internal communications to ensure events launch on schedule and within budget.
Design Quality Assurance (QA):
Act as the final set of eyes on all creative assets. Double-check design files, copy, and layouts for accuracy, formatting, and alignment with our visual identity.
Ensure all promotional messaging is factually accurate and transparent for our customers (e.g., ensuring marketing materials consistently reflect key details like our location being exactly 20 minutes from Taman Safari).
Brand Curation & Content Strategy:
Curate and maintain the overall branding aesthetic across physical and digital platforms.
Oversee social media content production to ensure it aligns with our strategic pillars. Specifically, ensure our TikTok and short-form video content strictly adheres to a "Utility-First" educational approach, prioritizing helpful resort tips and practical guides over purely aesthetic content.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate closely with graphic designers, social media managers, and the resort operations team to bring campaigns to life.
Track campaign performance metrics and gather on-the-ground feedback to optimize future promotional events.
Requirements:
Proven experience in project management, event coordination, or marketing management, preferably within the hospitality, leisure, or tourism industry.
Exceptional eye for detail regarding graphic design, typography, and visual branding.
Strong understanding of modern social media strategies, particularly the shift toward utility-driven and educational content on platforms like TikTok.
Ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously while maintaining strict quality control.
Excellent communication skills to align external vendors and internal teams.
