We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience managing sprint-based projects. You will play a key role in managing multiple sprints simultaneously, ensuring smooth processes and timely, high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate sprint-based projects (Agile) from planning to delivery.
• Manage multiple sprints at the same time while keeping all stakeholders aligned.
• Create and maintain product backlogs, sprint backlogs, and project timelines.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure sprints are executed on time and meet quality expectations.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and share regular updates with stakeholders.
• Identify risks early and develop proactive solutions.
• Foster open communication and maintain a high-energy, collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Manager or in a related role within the tech/software industry.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage multiple sprints and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Nice to have: Scrum Master or PMP certification.
