Job Description:
- Develop project management plans and schedules.
- Ensure implementation aligns with the project timeline.
- Direct and manage project development from conception to completion.
- Identify and resolve conflicts and issues within the project team.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
- Track project milestones, documentation, and deliverables.
- Maintain communication and facilitate coordination with stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- 1+ years of experience in Project Management.
- Knowledge of PMBOK, PMP, Kanban, or Agile methodologies is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and strong interpersonal character.
