-Responsible for managing IT projects from initiation through to implementation, ensuring that they are completed within
scope, budget, and schedule. -Collaborate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. -To define project objectives, create project plans, allocate resources, and oversee the execution of tasks. -Experience to handle Banking Project at least 2 years.-Proficiency with project management tools such MS Project, JIRA, Oranges Scrum, Trello, etc.-Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams (in cross-functional teams) and also collaborating
with diverse stakeholders.-Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.-Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues.-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.-Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget-Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.-Bachelor’s degree in IT related education-Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
