We're looking for a Project Manager to lead brand collaborations, manage campaign execution, and become the key bridge between brands, creators, and internal teams. What You'll Do
- Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with brand partners.
- Re-engage and reconnect with existing clients to drive repeat collaborations.
- Oversee campaign execution and ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate endorsement and campaign projects with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to support pitching, closing, and revenue achievement.
- Prepare structured post-campaign reports, including performance insights and recommendations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between brands, creators, and internal teams throughout the campaign lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, International Relations, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, or a similar role.
- Agency, MCN, influencer marketing, or creative industry experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing projects.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, digital campaigns, and social media platforms.
- TikTok knowledge is a strong advantage.
- Team player with a commercial mindset and strong sense of ownership.
