We’re Hiring:

Project Manager (Full-Time)

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the launch of an exciting new Korean-themed Coffee Shop, Restaurant & Bakery under PT Magna Kapital Indonesia.

In this role, you’ll oversee the project from concept to grand opening—managing timelines, budgets, renovations, operational setup, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring everything is ready for a successful launch.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in F&B, retail, or commercial renovation projects.
Has strong experience managing vendors, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Is willing to work on-site throughout the renovation and opening phases.

Bonus points if you’ve:

Successfully opened an F&B outlet from scratch.
Worked with Korean brands or have a strong understanding of Korean F&B and lifestyle trends.
