Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in Project IT Programming to lead and manage our strategic IT projects.
Requirement:
- Planning, managing, and overseeing end-to-end IT projects.
- Collaborating with developers, QA teams, UI/UX designers, and internal stakeholders.
- Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Creating progress reports and ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Proactively handling risk management and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT field, with prior experience in IT Programming Project roles.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Skilled in creating project documentation (SRS, timeline, milestones, Gantt chart, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, etc.).
- PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
