Project Manager

​Job Descriptions:

• Responsible to successful (within scope, budget, and timeline) execution of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Work with Business Team & project initiation/tender process to ensure scope, timeline, and project budget.
• Work with Project Documentation and Administration team through project life cycle.
• Build strong relationships with all project team members and continuously expand their skill and knowledge about project.
• Collaborate with Key Stakeholders to ensure project outcomes meet and exceed expectation in term of scope, timeline, and quality.
• Responsible to inform stakeholders when scope or requirement of a project can have risk of not delivering quality work. Give possibility solution to minimize the disruption. Reprioritize project/task if necessary.
• Manage project issues to resolution.
• Work with other Project Manager for resources allocation and solve resource conflict.
• Develop project status report to leaders.
• Present project status report to leaders.
• Ensure that all projects are planned and managed with standard process and template.
• Work with COO to establish and manage program plans and program standards for effective Project Management.
• Provide applicable recommendations to improve process and controls based on lessons learned

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): PRINCE 2, PMI, Microsoft Project, SDLC
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
• Have previous experience of Project Manager / Program Management Officer
• Exceptional project management skills, with proven ability to clearly defined objective and priorities, establish milestones, anticipate and mitigate risks, lead cross-functional teams to meet and exceed goals in dynamic environment, while maintaining string attention to detail
• Any Project Management Framework will be advantage
• Experience managing project with big number of team member
• Demonstrate ability to take ownership of problems and determine action to solve the problem
• Have approachable and credible communication style, with exceptional verbal and written communication skill (in Indonesia and English); to keep all levels and organization informed, engaged and motivated
• Familiar with budgeting process
• Have leadership and good time management
• Have high motivation and proactive
• Detailed oriented and passionate to coordinate multiple projects
• Familiar with Microsoft Project and any other Project Management tools
• Have previous experience in the Information Technology has advantages
