Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an IT project manager, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Solid understanding of insurance business processes, products, and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems integration, and software development lifecycle.
Note: Candidate must be able to use their own laptop for work and be available to work onsite in Sunter.
