Project Manager

Things you will do daily

1. Determine and define project scope and objectives
2. Coordinate with Technology Director to predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently (Team, devices)
3. Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements. Track project costs to meet the budget.
4. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and project plan.
5. Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
6. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
7. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
8. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Skills and tools needed to excel for this position

1. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
2. Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
3. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
4. Understanding waterfall, agile, scrum and other project management methods is a must
5. Strong understanding of system analysis
6. Good understanding of OKR (Objective Key Result)
7. Experienced in creating a comprehensive update project report on time

Other things you need to know

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the Project Management field
2. At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager
3. Previous working experience in a software development agency
4. Proven ability to solve problems creatively
5. Excellent analytical skills
6. Excellent English both oral and written
7. Good display of communication and interpersonal skills
8. Willing to go to Malang if needed
9. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be an advantage
