PT Manjo Teknologi Indonesia is looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and manage technology projects in the Payment Gateway industry.
You will be responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly, meet deadlines, and are delivered according to business requirements and industry standards.
๐น Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and monitor technology projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, Compliance, and Finance teams.
- Manage project timelines, resources, deliverables, and priorities.
- Lead Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily standups, and project reviews.
- Identify project risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate payment system integrations, including API, QRIS, Virtual Account, and other payment solutions.
- Monitor security testing, compliance requirements, and project readiness before launch.
- Prepare regular project progress reports for management.
๐น Requirements
- Minimum 3โ5 years of experience as a Project Manager, IT Project Manager, or Scrum Master.
- Experience in Payment Gateway, Fintech, Banking, or Software Development.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Familiar with API integration, QRIS, Virtual Account, or other digital payment systems.
- Understanding of payment industry regulations and security standards is an advantage.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Willing to work full onsite in Jakarta.
โญ Nice to Have
- PMP, CAPM, CSM, or PSM certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
- Knowledge of PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, or Bank Indonesia regulations.
