Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project phases run smoothly, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all project phases, including goal setting, resource allocation, and scheduling.
- Oversee the performance of the project team, providing necessary guidance and support.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Identify and address risks and obstacles that may arise during project execution.
- Prepare project progress reports and present them to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are completed according to established quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project planning and time management skills.
- Problem-solving and effective decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
