The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from initial planning to final delivery. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets and timelines, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also be involved in site supervision, resource allocation, and problem-solving to ensure smooth project execution. Additionally, the Project Manager will play a critical role in fostering positive relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project process.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as engineering or construction management. Candidates should have between 3 and 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. Strong skills in mechanical systems, project implementation, leadership, and project planning are essential. Proficiency in engineering principles, customer relations, 3D modeling, inventory management, and English language is required. Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, CorelDRAW, and other design software, along with expertise in project scheduling, attention to detail, and quality control, will be advantageous. The successful candidate will also demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
