We’re Hiring: Project Manager
Nawatech is looking for a Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of project delivery from planning to completion.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitate project meetings, progress updates, and follow-ups.
- Manage project requirements, changes, and stakeholder expectations.
- Identify risks and blockers and coordinate appropriate solutions
- Prepare project status reports and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT, software development, or digital projects.
- Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Onsite, South Jakarta
Employment Type: 1-year contract based
