We’re a digital marketing agency based in Bali, working with clients across hospitality, F&B, wellness, and retail. We run multiple campaigns and content productions simultaneously — and we need someone who can keep everything moving without anything slipping through the cracks.
The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll be the operational backbone of the team. You’re not client-facing — your job is to make sure the internal machine runs well. That means managing timelines, keeping the team on track, flagging bottlenecks early, and making sure every deliverable reaches the right person at the right time.
The ideal person for this role is organized by nature, calm under pressure, and knows how to get things done without creating more noise.
What You’ll Do
• Own the internal workflow across all active client projects — content production, campaign timelines, shoot schedules, and deliverables
• Set up and maintain project trackers, ensuring all tasks are assigned, prioritized, and on schedule
• Run internal briefings and weekly team check-ins to align on priorities and progress
• Identify and flag bottlenecks early — before they become problems for the client
• Coordinate between team roles: Social Media Specialists, Designers, Photographers, Videographers, and Ads Specialists, Developer
• Ensure all deliverables go through the right review and approval stages before submission
• Maintain SOPs and improve internal processes as the team and client base grows
• Monitor team workload and flag capacity issues to management
What We’re Looking For
• 2–4 years of experience in a project management or operations role, preferably at a creative or digital agency
• Strong grasp of project management tools (ClickUp, Notion, Trello, Asana, or similar)
• Excellent at prioritization — you can manage multiple moving parts without losing sight of what matters most
• Clear communicator — you can give direction without micromanaging and escalate issues without creating panic
• Detail-oriented but not a bottleneck — you review thoroughly and move quickly
• Understands how a creative agency works: content cycles, production timelines, revision rounds
• Proactive — you solve problems before being asked and build systems that prevent them from happening again
Nice to Have
• Background in digital marketing or content production (so you understand what the team is actually making)
• Experience building or refining internal workflows and SOPs
• Comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace, Looker Studio, or similar
