* Engage with the Business users and the Technical team members directly in relation to the
their roles in the project activities
•Manage project stakeholders
•Manage interdependencies between projects
•Manage vendors to ensure smooth implementation of project activities
* Develop the Project Plan
* Develop and maintain the project schedule and project budget
•Work closely with Business Teams on the development of the detail functional requirements
and the Technical Teams on the technical requirements
