Job Responsibilities
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives & manage resources in effective and efficient manner
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Project Setup through Google Excel Sheets, Forms, Campaign Briefs including Moodboard/Storyboard
- Manage clients’ expectations & service clients well
- Provide constant project updates on a consistent basis to external clients, & internal management about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Prompt response to clients’ emails/messages & requests.
- Consistent Catchup Calls/Coffee with Clients [Regular Touch Base]
- Retain Clients & renew projects for partnership continuation
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Lead a small project management team
- Chase for constant project updates.
- Drive & push forward project progress & completion.
- Understand problems they face & help provide solutions.
Qualifications For Role:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or an equivalent working experience
- 1-2 years of project management and related experience
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
